The hotel is nicely decorated but the rooms are very small and the shower extremely tiny, lacking sufficient towels and washcloths each day, leading me to request extras regularly. However, the service was amazing, with polite and friendly staff making efforts to ensure our stay was enjoyable, despite some instances of borderline rudeness. The location, although cool and removed from downtown's touristy hubbub, could benefit from being cleaned up a bit. The dining experience was very bad with limited choices, except for Vienna Beef hot dogs. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel is conveniently located near various stores and downtown, making it easy to access. The rooms are nicely decorated, but some aspects like the broken bed impact the comfort. The service was overall friendly, but there were instances of rudeness. The dining experience, although simple, was slightly overpriced for the offerings.
